Stone Sealer provides lasting protection against water, salt and staining damage for marble, limestone, sandstone and grout. It is a penetrating, invisible and breathable sealer.
HOW TO USE: 1. ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT ON A SMALL AREA FIRST. Allow a 24-hour cure time. Check that the sealer does not discolour the surface. 2. Remove and repair all loose or missing grout. 3. Ensure surfaces to be treated are dry, clean and free of residues. 4. Apply when the surface temperature is below 35 deg C Generously saturate the surface with product using a low-pressure hand spray, a clean brush, or similar. Avoid contact with surrounding areas. 5. After 10 minutes, repeat over entire area. Total application rate is approximately 1 litre per 5 to 15 square metres, depending on porosity. 6. Allow 10 minutes for product to soak in then buff surfaces with a clean white dry cloth to remove excess product. Clean equipment with mineral turps. 7. Let the product dry for a minimum of 12 hours before using the surface. 8. Sealer will not prevent surface etching or wear. Clean-up stains immediately to minimise absorption.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not take internally. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapours. Wear protective eye goggles, gloves and clothing. Ensure area is well ventilated. Keep away from naked flames and ignition sources. FIRST AID: If ingestion occurs, contact doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Australia - phone 131126). DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give a glass of water. After eye or skin contact wash off immediately with plenty of water. Poison Schedule No.: S5. STORAGE: Keep container tightly sealed, in a cool well-ventilated place. ACCIDENTS: Fire-use foam, water spray, C02 and dry powder. Spillage - take up mechanically or with absorbent material such as sand or saw dust.
