1. We thoroughly clean the Sandstone of all surface dirt,
using a Quality Cleaner.
2. After the surface is dry again, we apply one coat
of Sealant at between 6 and 10 sq metres per litre, with
the
concentration depending upon how
porous the stone is.
3. After 15 minutes of penetration, we re-apply Sealant
at between 6 and 12 sq mtres per litre.
4. After 15 minutes of soaking, we clean off all excess.
The
Customer should not wet the surface for 24 hours after this inital
stage.
We allow the sealant to settle into
the Sandstone for 14 - 28 days.
5.
After ensuring the surface is again clean and dry, we apply a
special Stain Proof agent at between 10 and 15
sq metres per litre, depending
on how porous the stone is.
6. After penetrating the stone for 15 minutes, we
then reapply the special Stain Proof agent.
7. After 15 minutes of soaking, we clean off all excess.
The
Customer should not wet the surface for another 24 hours.
